Well I did not see that one coming. Make that two: Alpha putting Saturno in charge of preparing EVERYONE for the human world; and Saturno accepting.

Does that mean Saturno can tell Alpha what she needs to be doing to prepare for the human world?

I'm so getting a rebellious teenager vibe off Alpha right now... I would have said that about Saturno only a few chapters ago.
