I wonder how long it will take for them to realise that they need to eat.
if they're constantly and willingly fusing together, they may not need to eat =O
Don't forget that when Saturno was their age, nobody in his colony fought until after a piece of meat had been dropped inside. Maybe they need a catalyst like that?
Wasn't there a problem with creatures with multiple brains? Or could they get around that by merging before their brains develop?
