This is kinda one of those annoying parts seen in a lot of movies and animes where the righteous character tells the baddy what's what.
(I think the trope is something like the wining Naruto.)
I wanted to keep it SHORT and to the point. I might be cutting it a bit too short but gosh you guys are smart. Surely the audience AND Saturno would get it.

So just hunt the many-minded abominations. You're mostly just putting the trapped minds out of their misery, and preventing the monster from assimilating even more sentient creatures into its shared hell. Unless you think you can "cure" them by separating the minds, though even then introducing millions of small hungry creatures into the ecosystem might cause more harm than good.
