it is telling that saturno doesnt even take the time to take his lost part, despite them being bigger than his prey :
It shows that it is the thrill of the hunt and not the need for food that push him.
Well that would have been difficult after pinky eat it like he was going to do with the leg...and if he still regenerated and exploded out of pinky like a particularly awful xenomorph that would have been pretty awesome to see. ^_^
