He will be fine BECAUSE his core is in his head. If he loses his body, he can regrow inside the dinosaur, and eat it from the inside, if his brain is sufficiently intact. Also, as grown up, he now has several extra cores distributed throughout his body. If that dinosaur is uncompacted, it hardly stands a chance, if his brain has not sustained too much damage. If Saturno survives this, he might want to learn to grow a thicker skull, maybe with some short spikes. Or find a human helmet.
